Solitaire Cube Review
Imagine if you could make money playing games. Thanks to developers like the Skillz platform your dreams can now become a reality.
The Solitaire game has remained largely unchanged since the game was invented. Today, online versions of Solitaire allow you to play any time. Even better, many Solitaire apps offer the chance of winning cash prizes.
In this Solitaire Cube Review you’ll learn how the game works, what you could win, and everything else you need to know.
Solitaire Cube Explained
The classic card game Solitaire has been around for decades. Now you can easily play Solitaire anywhere using your mobile device.
Solitaire Cube is a modern take on the classic card game. It combines the fun of playing Solitaire with the excitement of winning real cash prizes.
Players can download Solitaire Cube for both Android and iOS devices. The free Solitaire Cube app is available from the App Store, Google Play Store, and Samsung Galaxy Store.
Solitaire Cube is part of the Skillz games platform that’s also responsible for other classic mobile games including Blackout Bingo, Spades Cash, Cube Cube, and Dominoes Gold.
How Does Solitaire Cube Work
Solitaire Cube matches you against an opponent of a similar skill level. Your goal is to get a higher score than them by playing Solitaire. The creators haven’t tried reinventing the wheel here. You’ll simply play the classic game that you know and love based on Klondike Solitaire.
Your main aim is to make 4 stacks in the foundation area from Ace to King of each suit. Stacks can also be made in the tableau area using alternating colors from King to Ace. Draw your cards from a stockpile until you can’t make any more moves.
Points are awarded for cards stacked in both the foundation and tableau areas. Stacks in the foundation area will score more points. Bonus points are given for unused time out of your 5-minute timer.
A Solitaire Cube game ends when of the following conditions is met:
- You complete all 4 foundation stacks
- The timer runs out
- No further moves are possible
When choosing a Solitaire Cube game, you have 2 options: free games or cash tournaments. Each game mode charges an entry fee, but this isn’t always a cash fee. You may use in-game currency, Z coins, or your cash balance to enter a game.
Z coins are given for downloading the Solitaire Cube and playing practice games. More Z coins can be earned by winning matches, watching videos, collecting a daily bonus, and other activities. Z coins can be used to play the free game mode. To play cash tournaments you’ll need to deposit your own cash to join.
Solitaire Cube Game Modes
Solitaire Cube has several exciting game modes you can play with various rewards on offer.
Practice
The Practice League is the place to go to play free games. This is a great way to hone your Solitaire skills if you’re a new player or a bit rusty.
Although a practice game is free to play you still get rewards. Scoring high can net you some Z coins, ticketz, and League medals.
Z coins can be used to enter more games. ticketz are a rewards system run by Solitaire Cubes creator Skillz games. You can use ticketz to claim epic rewards including electronics and clothing.
Head-To-Head
Challenge another player to a head-to-head Solitaire match. If you win prizes include cash, ticketz, and League medals.
However, you must use your cash balance to enter these matches. Make sure you’ve had plenty of practice first.
Brackets
Brackets lets you play against other Solitaire Cube players. The entry fee for Brackets games is either Z coins or cash from your own balance.
Prizes available for winning Brackets matches include cash, Z coins, ticketz, and League medals.
Events
Limited-time events offer the chance to win rewards including real cash prizes. Entry fees for these events is usually deducted from your cash balance.
Leagues
Once you’ve played a minimum number of games, typically 3, you’ll automatically join a league. Players in each league are competing for a share of a prize pot. The more League medals you win, the higher your ranking will be, and the better your chance of winning a prize.
There are 2 types of leagues on Solitaire Cube: Pro and Practice.
Pro Leagues offer cash or ticketz prizes and your ranking is based on league medals from cash games. Practice Leagues offer the chance to win Z coins and you’ll earn a ranking based on free games you’ve entered.
How Much Can You Earn On Solitaire Cube
Playing Solitaire Cube isn’t going to help you get rich. However, you can have lots of fun and if you’ve got some skill possibly earn a decent side income.
The big money is in the cash games, but you’ll need to use real money to enter those. By paying the entry fee you could win a couple hundred dollars. The downside is you could lose and then you’ve lost your fee.
If you don’t want to risk your own money, then you can stick to free games. Through a combination of earning Z coins and ticketz you can still enter tournaments with a cash prize or win other rewards. This is a great option if you prefer low risk, but will take you a lot longer to win anything.
Once you’ve got a cash balance you can cash out any time by clicking Withdraw from the menu. You can withdraw any cash you’ve deposited or won playing. Withdrawals are paid out using the same method of deposit you used such as a credit card or PayPal cash. If you’ve won more than you’ve deposited the extra will be sent by check if you’re a US player. Players outside of the US get this paid by PayPal.
Please note that bonus cash can’t be withdrawn. Only deposited cash or cash winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
Does Solitaire Cube Cost Anything
Solitaire Cube is completely free to download and play. You can download the free app from the Play Store, App Store, or Galaxy Store.
Once you’ve downloaded Solitaire Cube you don’t have to deposit any cash ever.
However, for the chance to win bigger cash prizes you’ll have to deposit cash to enter. If you’re happy playing for lower rewards, then simply stick to the free games.
Is Solitaire Cube available everywhere?
Unfortunately, no, some US states don’t allow cash tournaments. You can still have great fun playing Solitaire Cube, but only the free games. Don’t worry, when playing free games, you can still win Z coins and ticketz. That means you can still win some prizes including real cash.
